Bell Court 

The owners of this 1960s house felt it was old fashioned, cramped, dark and cold. Hardvendel Design successfully maximised the permitted development and, combining this with a small planning application, was able to extend the property to meet the client's wishes. Following the completion of a two-storey side and rear extension and a new porch, the home was then completely reconfigured and modernised, both upstairs and downstairs, inside and out, resulting in a light, airy and modern interior within a fabulous, eye-catching, contemporary exterior.
